Flat Rate – Structures - Single Family Residence

$750

(Up to 1,400 sq.ft.) + Sampling Costs of $55.00 per sample

Over 1,400 sq.ft. = + $150 for every 1,000 sq.ft. increment

Flat Rate – As Above but Fire Damaged / Hazardous Residence

$850

(Up to 1,400 sq.ft.) + Sampling Costs of $55.00 per sample

Over 1,400 sq.ft. = + $150 for every 1,000 sq.ft. increment

*All residential buildings that are deemed unsafe will be placed in this billing category.

Single Item/Material Asbestos Inspection - Residential

(Only Includes site visit and Short Version Report) + Sampling Costs of $55.00 per sample - Common for popcorn ceiling/floor testing

Single Layer Sample Laboratory Testing

Laboratory test of single layered material. Additional layers cost $45 per layer, after the 1st layer fee.

Driving Time - Certain Locations

$1/2 of Rate

For locations "in the middle of nowhere" and under certain circumstances. Mileage costs will also apply as shown below.

Mileage - Certain Locations

$IRS + 20%

For locations "in the middle of nowhere" and under most circumstances. Rate is $0.89 per mile, each direction, plus our Trip Charge below.

Minimum Trip Charge to Client Location

As customary for professional site services, a minimum trip charge will be assessed, and other ABOVE travel costs may be applied as appropriate.

Fee’s noted above ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE and may include incidental overhead expenses such as trip charges, mileage, hourly drive time, review of clients previous reports, additional site visits, re-inspection visits, copy and print costs, and other associated costs as noted in our Engagement Agreement.
